With provided event_attendees.csv - database of registered users this manager:
- using Google’s Civic Information API, finds goverment representatives according to users zipcode.
- for each user generates an individual notification letter in html-file, containing representaives contact info.
- define peak registration hours for better use of advertising.
- define most common registration days for statistics.
