This error is occurred by --single-branch --depth 1.

This option make clone to shallow-origin.
So, this clone strategy make your local cannot push new repository.
And then, finally you can choose 2 options to fix error.

1. Use origin initialize.
2. Use git filter strategy.

Origin Initialize

1. Delete .git folder in your local direcotry, such as local_project/.git/
2. And then, git init.

Git Filter Strategy

git rev-parse --verify main >> .git/info/grafts
git filter-branch -- --all

Success of Git Filter Strategy

git-filter-branch has a glut of gotchas generating mangled history
         rewrites.  Hit Ctrl-C before proceeding to abort, then use an
         alternative filtering tool such as 'git filter-repo'
         (https://github.com/newren/git-filter-repo/) instead.  See the
         filter-branch manual page for more details; to squelch this warning,
         set FILTER_BRANCH_SQUELCH_WARNING=1.
