Label	Means
status:considering	Read. Not decided yet. This is also where untriaged issues sit.
status:planned	Decided. Not started.
status:building	In progress now.
status:shipped	Live — it will be in the build log.
status:declined	Deliberately not doing it. The reason is in the thread, and it stays listed.
