[WIP] Fix failing GitHub Actions job 'Quick Checks'

• Inspect the failing GitHub Actions Quick Checks job logs and identify the root cause
• Inspect the flagged source file and confirm the minimal fix location
• Apply the smallest formatting-only change needed in /home/runner/work/cesium-native/cesium-native/CesiumGltfReader/test/TestGltfReader.cpp
• Run the same targeted formatting check used by CI to verify the fix
• Scan changed files for secrets and run final validation before wrapping up
