- Adds snapshot notice in Methodology: prose figures pinned to Aug 5 2026 14:00 UTC, live tables will diverge
- Clarifies Singapore contributes to global aggregate but is not broken out separately
- Adds methodological note in token-quote section: current bench conflates API availability with routing coverage; availability and coverage_given_success will be separated in a future iteration
- Restores citation block (was removed in a previous PR) with formatted citation string and CC BY 4.0 statement
- Moves license/corrections notice from Sources into Cite This Report section
