hydration-rpc.yml: status: suspended was invalid Zod enum, providers: [] failed min(1). Changed to status: draft and restored hydration-official as placeholder.zetachain-rpc.yml+songbird-rpc.yml: em dash in findings field failed noAiDashes refinement, causing 404 on staging. Replaced with comma.
