Do not open a public issue for a suspected vulnerability, leaked credential, authentication bypass, unsafe physical-control path, or artifact-transfer issue. Use GitHub's private vulnerability reporting feature after the repository owner enables it under Settings → Security → Code security and analysis.

Include the affected version, execution mode, reproduction steps, impact, and any suggested mitigation. Do not include real credentials, private keys, or unredacted infrastructure inventories.
