Implement map cheats analyzer

Description

Missing feature implemented in FF's client. It shows user that map doesn't contain malicious scripts that grant unknown advantages to the some player(s).

would be good to have an example of a "cheats" output somewhere on TS for example

I'm sure this would be very helpful for the YR side of things as well, provided it could have different configs between games
