Completed the TV Show Project through Level 500.

• Displays all TV shows with name, image, summary, genres, status, rating and runtime
• Adds show search by name, genre and summary
• Allows users to select a show and view its episodes
• Episode search and episode selector remain functional
• Adds navigation back to the shows listing
• Caches API requests so the same URL is not fetched more than once per visit
• Added responsive styling
