What is this change?
Add an explicit check for Language/i18n parity in the retrofit checklist.
What led to this?
Feedback from Usama regarding partial Czech language support (#657) missing prompt templates, dropdown items, allowlists, and having style issues (language picker height clipping). Usama's fix is in Dembrane/echo#955. Adding this to the checklist ensures we don't repeat this mistake for future languages.
