website is not responsive for mobile devices and smaller screens

There is no responsiveness on this website for smaller screens and mobile devices .

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
5. open the game on smaller screens

elements should rearrange themselves according to the width of the screens.

game != website; there's different repo for the website itself, will move it.
The game scales nicely and will eventually cannibalize the website itself.
On my 24 inch monitor (1080p), if I snap t he game to half a screen it's perfect.
I think there's a minimum-width set in place, I think you might have retina display screwing up the math, because I can only see half the stuff and I know retina stuff has 2x the pixel density or so.
