Adds GRC_Claw (github.com/AAH20/GRC_Claw) to the Repositories section, open-source MIT-licensed GRC automation engine, 90 packages, a 27,596-mapping control crosswalk across 13 frameworks, and a native AI agent governance layer (identity registry, runtime policy firewall, hash-chained attestation ledger). Matches the existing bullet format used for the other repository entry.
