Currently leading software engineering, digital platforms, and applied AI at Q Mart in Saudi Arabia, while building vertical SaaS products as Founder & Principal Software Engineer at Baynatec.

Architected and built Qflow end-to-end as the operational backbone for Q Mart.

• Used by 1,000+ employees across 12+ locations, including physical stores and dark stores.
• Covers 20+ operational modules across purchasing, demand planning, operations, IT, finance, HR, maintenance, inventory, reporting, and internal communication.
• Connects 50+ integrations with Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Jisr, camera systems, and internal services.
• Replaced fragmented WhatsApp, verbal, and manual processes with traceable workflows, approval cycles, reporting lines, and complete operational history.
• Reduced multi-day operational processes to structured workflows completed in hours.
• Supports AI-assisted demand planning, sales analysis, performance insights, product availability, and issue resolution.
