We should get all of the URLs set up for our project (at least, the ones we know that we'll need). Take a look at the index page, and add all of the URL patterns that you can see. Point them to empty views since we won't be writing any of those yet. If you're stuck, take a look at this topic.
You'll also want to add the views for the user-registration module, if that was not taken care of by the person completing #2. Check to make sure everything works with that part of the project; if it doesn't, reopen #2.
