I like the "plant_labels" name - but wouldn't it be better to use the dataset-specific name? E.g., crop_and_weed_XX_classes?

Task Summary
Refactor the existing
src/configs/directory by moving it to the root-levelconfigs/directory.Rename
labels.txtto a more descriptive name based on its label contents.Ensure all imports, paths, and documentation are updated accordingly.
Verify both pre-refactored and refactored scripts produce identical outputs (logs, files, and results).
