Rationale

Covers GH Issue 1552 — file timestamps must render in the server's time zone, not the viewer's.

Related Pull Requests

Changes

  • New file browser test uploads a file and checks the Last Modified timestamp, in both the grid column and the details panel, against that file's modification instant rendered in the server's time zone.
  • TeamCity shifts the browser time zone per run, rotating through its configured list by day of month, so the mismatched-zone scenario is exercised there without extra setup. Locally, pass -Pwebtest.browser.tz=<zone> (for example Pacific/Kiritimati) to force a zone that differs from the server's; with no such property the browser inherits the system zone and a browser-zone regression would go unnoticed, which the test logs a warning about when it detects the two zones agree.
