Hi, I'm Lumière Minka 👋

I'm a Software Engineer interested in cybersecurity, Linux systems, container security, and cloud computing.

During my research internship at IRISA / Inria Rennes, I worked on the security implications of containers for stateless Function-as-a-Service (FaaS) platforms, with a focus on Linux kernel vulnerabilities, Docker environments, and container isolation.

I enjoy understanding how systems behave at their boundaries, where software, operating systems, containers, and cloud infrastructure meet.

Containers & Security for FaaS

My research work at IRISA / Inria focuses on the security implications of using containers as isolation mechanisms for stateless FaaS platforms.

The work involves:

📚 Research & Publication

Are Containers So Insecure for FaaS? An Analysis of 186 CVEs Spanning 2019 to 2026

Research work conducted in the context of my internship at IRISA / Inria Rennes, investigating the security implications of using containers for stateless Function-as-a-Service (FaaS) platforms.

The work analyzes 186 CVEs affecting Linux systems and evaluates their behavior in containerized environments.

Status: Submitted for publication at PoPETs 2027.2.
