Here's the Postman instruction of how import/export feature is working in Postman - Import environments.
Although Postman documentation doe's not have information about import/export environments this is very simple to do:- Goto: Manage Environment
- Press: Import
- Select envrionment files
- Goto: Manage Environment
- Import globals.
Same procedure as Import environments.
