Overview

This PR reorganizes the tracking quality verification codebase by cleanly isolating the systematic track feature stress tests and documentation into their own dedicated workspace.

Key Changes

  • Organized Directory Structure: Grouped the four standalone analysis files (01 through 04) into a newly isolated TrkQual/perturbation_analysis/ subdirectory to reduce root-level clutter.
  • Added Documentation: Introduced a clear README.md file inside the new subdirectory mapping out a file-by-file walkthrough of the notebooks.
  • Pipeline Preservation: Retained the main XGBoost training pipeline layout for current benchmarking evaluation.

Thanks, Malik. This looks good. Just a note to the MLTrain maintainers that #8 should be merged before this one
