#3551 removed the
Sm100TmemCapacityColumnsconstant fromcute::TMEM::Allocator1Smandcute::TMEM::Allocator2Sm. This constant is now unused with CUTLASS, but removing it breaks users (see NVIDIA/TransformerEngine#3443).
