Switching workspaces using Waybar does not work

Issue Description

Describe the bug

The workspace switcher in Waybar does not work; Waybar only highlights the active workspace.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Click any workspace in Waybar different than the current one
2. Nothing happens

Expected behavior

I can switch workspaces using Waybar.

Additional context

This feature in Waybar likely does not work in version 0.15.0 due to recent changes in Hyprland, specifically hyprctl.

There's actually an open issue at Waybar's repository:

• hyprland/workspaces: old-style workspace dispatch fails on Hyprland Lua dispatcher builds Alexays/Waybar#5008

The comments mention it's fixed in master, but there's no stable release yet.

I'm adding this issue to avoid finger-pointing at Nitrux.

Update

The issue is fixed in the master branch of Waybar; however, it isn't part of any release yet. That said, no Waybar = no problem, so Valenz is replacing Waybar in Nitrux anyway.

And since Valenz works just fine, I'm closing this.
