[FEATURE REQUEST] Enable Banking Integration as alternative to GoCardless

This is pretty much a Copy/Paste of a previous Feature request: #491
However since Nordigen was acquired by GoCardless and has integrated their services and subsequently eliminated their availability other options are needed.

Is your feature request related to a problem?
GoCardless has stopped support for the stand alone BankAccountData(https://bankaccountdata.gocardless.com/) and also while existing account continue to function for the time being, they have stopped the signup of new accounts.

Describe the solution you'd like
A Provider to be created to import the statements using the open banking protocols that is cost effective and all inclusive.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manual Entry (Tedious and error prone)
PayPal only (Not using a bank get's paypal to impose restrictions)
My Ponto (Doesn't support any UK providers)
old school file imports seem to be not compatible with some of the more modern fintechs.
Not use ODOO (Really don't like that idea).

No, but its an working alternative to Gocardless using Enable banking.

I already said in a previous comment, yes, using Enable banking api, if you are technical enough you could create an instance scheduling integration.

The reason the standalone bank-data market keeps consolidating (Nordigen → GoCardless, etc.) is structural, not just business strategy.

PSD2 gives every EU consumer an AIS right to access their own bank data. But production bank API access typically requires:

1. An eIDAS QWAC + QSeal certificate — €5,000–15,000/year, renewed annually, from a qualified trust service provider
2. 2. AISP authorisation from your national regulator (FCA in UK, Finanstilsynet in DK, BaFin in DE) — 6–12 months, compliance overhead, capital requirements
      This fixed compliance cost is why GoCardless, TrueLayer, Tink, and Plaid dominate: they amortise it across thousands of customers. A standalone "just connect to my bank" layer can't sustainably exist at zero cost because the certificate + compliance tax is fixed, not marginal.

Enable Banking is a solid API — but unless you hold your own AISP licence + eIDAS cert, you'd use their managed service, which brings you back to per-connection aggregator pricing. syncbank.app looks like an interesting alternative approach too.

I maintain open-banking.io — it takes a different approach: the end user holds their own API credentials, and no eIDAS certificate is required because the connection runs through the standard Berlin Group NextGenPSD2 redirect flow (the user authorises via their own banking app). ~€3/month, works with 3500+ EU banks, Python and Rust SDKs available.
