Describe the bug

Under Accounting -> Configuration -> Online Bank Statement Providers, in the configuration view for the Service Wise.com (transferwise), under the title WISE CONFIGURATION, it is not defined what to put to the mandatory field API base (api_base), although from the source I found https://api.wise.com which I have tried. No item is selectable in the dynamic dropdown of the field Profile (wise_profile) which becomes mandatory after saving or generating key (generating a key is not possible after saving due to missing value in the field Profile).

As a result, the connection to Wise cannot be configured.

To Reproduce

Affected versions: 18.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to Accounting -> Configuration -> Online Bank Statement Providers, and select (or create) the configuration view for the Service Wise.com (transferwise).
2. Select Journal and Service.
3. Under the title WISE CONFIGURATION, it is unclear what to put to the mandatory field API base (api_base).
4. Under the title WISE CONFIGURATION, the dynamic dropdown menu of the mandatory field Profile (wise_profile) has no item to select.

Expected behavior

1. Explanation in documentation what to put for the field API base.
2. Item to select for the field Profile.
