Summary
In #3432 we made the page automatically scroll the current page in the nav sidebar into view, which has been a really nice usability improvement. However, it didn't account for the responsive / narrow layout: there, it would scroll the document itself to the bottom, unconditionally.
This PR fixes that by specifically targeting the scroll to the nav sidebar in the wide layout / the nav menu, when opened, in the narrow layout.
