Describe the bug
When using the KiCad HTTP library integration with Part-DB, only one part is shown in KiCad if multiple parts in Part-DB have the same Name.
For example, I have multiple 0 Ohm resistors from different manufacturers. In Part-DB they are separate parts with different manufacturers and manufacturer part numbers, but if they have the same Name, only one of them is shown in the KiCad library.
The same problem can occur with other components, for example if I have 10 different 1N4148 diodes from different manufacturers.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a part in Part-DB, for example:
- Name:
0402_0R
- Value:
0R
- Manufacturer: Manufacturer A
- Manufacturer Part Number:
MPN-A

Create another part in Part-DB:
- Name:
0402_0R
- Value:
0R
- Manufacturer: Manufacturer B
- Manufacturer Part Number:
MPN-B

Both parts are visible as separate parts in Part-DB.

Open KiCad 10.0.5 and open the Symbol Chooser.

Select the Part-DB HTTP library.

Search for 0402_0R.

Only one of the two parts is displayed.

If the names are changed to make them unique, for example:
both parts are displayed in KiCad.
Expected behavior
All different parts from Part-DB should be displayed in the KiCad library, even if they have the same Name.
The Manufacturer and Manufacturer Part Number are different, so these should be treated as separate parts.
For example, the following two parts should both be available in KiCad:
0402_0R — Manufacturer A — MPN-A0402_0R — Manufacturer B — MPN-B
I should not have to make the Part-DB Name artificially unique just because the parts have different manufacturers or MPNs.

This problem is not limited to resistors.
For example, I can have 10 different 1N4148 diodes from different manufacturers. These are different physical and purchasable components, so I need to be able to select each of them individually in KiCad.
Currently, I have to work around this problem by including the package/footprint in the Part-DB Name to make the names unique.
For example, instead of:
10k
I have to use:
0603_10k
0805_10k
Otherwise, only one of the components is displayed in KiCad.
The same applies to 0 Ohm resistors:
0402_0R
If I have two different manufacturers with the same Name, only one is displayed.
I would expect the KiCad integration to use a unique Part-DB identifier for each part, rather than using the Name as the unique identifier.
Different parts should be allowed to have the same Name as long as they have different manufacturers and/or manufacturer part numbers.
The Part-DB Name should not have to be modified just to make the parts appear separately in KiCad.
