API data update from PokeAPI/pokeapi#1614

Incoming data generated by PokeAPI/pokeapi's CircleCI worker since Pull Request #1614 was merged into the master branch.

The new data was generated using a copy of PokeAPI/pokeapi repository when the HEAD was pointing to 55debc00b201aaa67090e631c1fc16eae7eaaa94.

This Pull Request should have been deployed in our staging environment, check here for the lastest build timestamp and status code.

@Naramsim looks good to me meta points to correct commit hash and timestamp, the index.json has meta too

just a question tho the weather values looks to have moved from encounter condition 25 weather to 28 max-den-rating? https://github.com/PokeAPI/api-data/pull/407/changes#diff-166754abd4ed4374b2a63cb61e4439e4cdb042a04dd60110f7688594778b20aaL13-L50

is that intended?

ps: also do see quite a bit of reordering in json array values might be a good idea to add some sorting for this in the ditto tool in the future to reduce diffs and make reviewing easier
