[Bug]Executing /clear item occasionally causes PC players to disconnect in bulk

Reproduction steps (if applicable)?

When there are too many dropped items in the world, running /clear item can easily cause PC players to get kicked out (if you clear more than 300 dropped items, disconnection is basically guaranteed). It might not affect all PC players, but it will definitely affect some.

It is very likely that this occurred when the PC player lost response while processing this synchronization packet after /clear item, causing the PC player to lose connection.
