For the best experience use Linux or Mac OS X but Windows also works.

A Chromebook can be operated under Linux, please see instructions under Setting up the environment: ChromeOS.

• During the class you will have a functioning laptop that we install.
• To do homework, go to the Computing Commons 102 and follow the instructions for using CPCOM 102
