- 🔬 I'm currently working on molecular dynamics simulation tooling — Gromacs post-processing (Gromacs-xvg2csv-Printer), MDP template generation, and MM/PBSA analysis scripts.
- 🧬 My bioinformatics repos cover DNA/protein sequence alignment, DEGs analysis, and quantitative DNA analysis, including LASSO-SVM-RandomForest gene screening.
- 🧪 I also build analysis platforms, such as Atomevo, an integrated docking / dynamics / MM-PBSA computational biology platform.
- 🤖 Outside the wet lab, I'm exploring AI agents — a Chinese cooking knowledge-graph Q&A agent (CookGraph), a crypto trading agent, and a Minecraft agent.
