considering that Flipnote 3D adds green as one of the brush colors on top of having more features.
allowing for full color and better looking encodes!
hope this gets added at some point! ^_^

Honestly I think that it should be made, considering that now it uses the flash effect instead of a 6 color pallette it would be better for kwz, perhaps a menu before that one that looks like:
1: Dsi Encoder
2: 3ds Encoder
