Update code field from Integer to Text in Stanford Course Section content type

The field_stanford_section_code CCK field in the Stanford Course Section content type should have a field type of "Text" instead of "Integer".

Hm, this is going to be complicated, as it's not just as simple as changing the CCK field type (CCK won't let you change from integer to text).

Probably will require deleting and re-creating the field, and then doing a hook_update_N in the module for existing installs.
