Hi everyone,
This PR adds the result for t0-beta, the new model from The Forecasting Company.
It also provides the notebook to reproduce the results. The csv file was generated by executing the notebook on a M4 chip. Overall t0-beta achieves a CRPS of 0.4738 and a MASE of 0.6865, normalized by seasonal naive.
