Changes default port of LCP from 5000 to 3000
Context: changing the port because it was using port 5001 on macOS (port 5000 already used) and seemed inconvenient
Initial idea was to set the default port to port 6000, but this port is unsafe because already used by X11 display server.
Port 3000 was chosen because it is the default port for Web projects running with React / Node.JS, can still be discussed tho.
