[Bug]: serde pin is too old

What happened?

https://github.com/Skyvern-AI/rustwright/blob/main/Cargo.toml#L35 is pinned to an older version making it hard to get this to work with rust CLi tools without vendoring it and changing it by hand. Please update!

Fixed in e94f7a5 (#147). All exact =x.y.z dependency pins in Cargo.toml and rust-native/Cargo.toml are relaxed to caret minimums, so the serde requirement now resolves alongside any newer 1.x in your dependency tree. A guard test fails the build if an exact pin is ever reintroduced. This will be in the next release — thanks for the report!

(Related: #128 proposed bumping the exact pin to a newer version; relaxing the range removes the need for per-version bumps.)
