What We Build

Taylor Creative Development is an independent software company creating focused products, developer tooling, and intelligent experiences.

We are not defined by one platform, framework, language, or category. We follow worthwhile ideas, choose the technologies that best serve them, and build with a commitment to usefulness, quality, and long-term maintainability.

Our work begins with real problems—not feature lists. We explore carefully, build deliberately, test thoroughly, and keep refining until the experience feels complete.

Current Work

Weather Experience

A native weather application designed around clarity, accessibility, and a polished platform experience.

The project is also serving as our path through the complete App Store development lifecycle: architecture, testing, accessibility, monetization, release engineering, and shipping a polished 1.0 product.

Taylor ACP

An open-source Agent Client Protocol implementation designed to connect modern coding agents with real development workflows.

Its first integrations are focused on Xcode and Visual Studio Code, with an emphasis on flexibility, transparency, open standards, and freedom from dependence on a single model or provider.

Nutrition Camera

A simple, privacy-minded nutrition experience built around one idea:

Take a picture of what you are eating, review the result, and save the nutrition data to your health records.

The goal is to reduce the friction of nutrition tracking by combining computer vision, structured data, on-device intelligence, and native health integrations where available.

How We Work

We believe good software should be:

  • Useful — it should solve a real problem.
  • Well suited to its platform — it should respect the environment in which it runs.
  • Maintainable — shortcuts should not become somebody else's permanent burden.
  • Accessible — quality software should serve more people, not fewer.
  • Tested — confidence should come from evidence, not hope.
  • Private — user trust is a product requirement.
  • Polished — details are part of the experience.

AI is part of our development process, but it does not replace engineering judgment. We use intelligent tools to move faster while preserving deliberate architecture, human review, clear ownership, and high standards.

Engineering Direction

Our current work spans:

  • Native application development
  • Web and cross-platform technologies
  • Artificial intelligence and on-device intelligence
  • Agent Client Protocol integrations
  • Privacy-conscious application architecture
  • Automated testing and continuous integration
  • Open-source developer tooling
  • Backend services and data systems
  • Experimental products, simulations, and new interaction models

The tools may change from project to project. The standard does not.

Open Source

We believe useful developer infrastructure should be shared when it can help others build better software.

Some products will remain commercial. Some tools will be released publicly. In both cases, we want the work to be understandable, maintainable, and worthy of trust.

Follow the Work

Taylor Creative Development is actively building, testing, and preparing its first public releases.
