Give OpenCut's host workspace its own visible header, panel frames, responsive grid, and timeline frame. The host continues to supply project state and editing callbacks. Host colors come from CSS theme tokens so OpenScene can switch light, dark, and preset themes; OpenCut's standalone web editor keeps its existing appearance.
Verification: TypeScript check, 13 editor tests, web production build.
