Automatic clearing of vehicles

Additional thought: Add some way of preventing it if mission equipment is given in a vehicle.

If this gets done, we can automatically add some items:

• Towing Ropes Auto add tow ropes to vehicles ArmaForces/Mods#180
• ToolKit

Chronos will set its own gear as saved, so just need to make sure Chronos does it after any other stuff, or we specifically ignore Chronos vehicles (check for GVAR(vehicleID) variable).

However, still not sure how to handle custom inventories in editor.
