docs: add complete task flow guide

Summary

• add one end-to-end guide covering the ten required task groups
• give every flow prerequisites, Desktop steps, API alternative, expected result, asynchronous/error handling, and next step
• standardize new Electron captures at 1280 x 860 while documenting legacy and browser-only exceptions
• reuse only reviewed real Electron captures already present in the documentation foundation

Stack

This PR is intentionally stacked on #35, which is stacked on #33. It changes only UFFeScience/akoflow documentation and does not modify akoflow-desktop.
