What
Adds a section for templ-components to the Component Libraries page, following the existing templUI section format (banner / About / Features / Example / Links).
Why
templ-components is a server-rendered component library built on templ, HTMX, and Tailwind CSS v4. It ships typed Go props, tested dark-mode variants, ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, and CSP nonce support, with no client-side JavaScript framework. It includes a dedicated HTMX integration package (loading indicators, error handling, CSRF, out-of-band swaps), which the page currently has no entry for.
Notes
The banner (2400x1000 PNG, ~220 KB) uses the library's own brand styling and deliberately contains no version or component counts, so it cannot drift. Happy to adjust the wording or drop the Features list to match the page's preferred level of detail.
