Update `create` and `mkdir` inode operation signatures to accept `struct user_namespace *`. Remove the deprecated `readdir` field from `file_operations`, which was removed in kernel 6.2. Fixes compilation errors on Linux 6.2.x. Fixes: accelazh#3
