[Question] Is there a guideline for handling semanticIDs when a new submodel version is developed?

Coming from the AID WG:

In AID 1.0 there where properties defined with semanticIds like:

https://admin-shell.io/idta/AssetInterfacesDescription/1/0/Interface

In AID 1.1, some definitions of the model have been expanded, but many property definitions from AID 1.0 remain unchanged. Should all untouched properties use the same semanticIDs as in AID 1.0, or should they be updated as follows:

https://admin-shell.io/idta/AssetInterfacesDescription/1/1/Interface

Is there a best practice or guideline available?
