The two V-ESI COPY lines were prefixed with dSPACE-IAC-simulation-bridge/ while every other COPY in the file is repo-root-relative, so neither build context worked: from the repo root the V-ESI lines fail, and from the parent every other COPY does. Both build_dspace_bridge.sh and the CI workflow use the repo root, so every image target failed at that layer. Drop the prefix so the file is internally consistent again.

Bringing the 7 commits on the DSPACE main branch into art-jazzy
