I am a M.S. in Cell and Gene Therapies candidate at Northeastern University with a B.S. in Behavioral Neuroscience. I am currently conducting research in the fields of systems and computational proteomics-based neuroscience in the Sabatini Lab at Harvard Medical School, and Slavov Lab at Northeastern University, respectively.
- My work at the Slavov Lab aims to understand the role of alternate RNA decoding in neurodegeneration and aging, using a mass spectrometry proteomics-based approach.
- My work at the Sabatini Lab aims to study how dopaminergic modulation of striatal circuits is involved in learning, motivation, and movement using open- and closed-loop in vivo optogenetics.
- BrainDecode - a pipeline for investigating the role of substituted amino acid peptides in aging and neurodegeneration using mass spectrometry proteomics datasets.
- MaxQuant in Linux Tutorial - a tutorial for using the quantitative proteomics search engine MaxQuant in Linux environments.
- FragPipe in Linux Pipeline for the AAS Project - a pipeline for using the quantitative proteomics search engine FragPipe in Linux environments, particularly for the AAS project. Currently optimized for multiplexed data, label-free submissions are a WIP.
- SAAPedia - a database of all substituted amino acid peptide sequences identified in Tsour et al., Nature 2026 as well as my own research. Easy, local UI to examine SAAPs, their associated tissues/datasets, and export them as UniProt-style FASTAs with the option to append to a reference proteome and compute reverse decoys.
- DopaDAP (WIP) - a data analysis pipeline for data produced from optogenetic behavioral experiments {lever pressing, licking}.
- ObscuraApp - an unofficial app for storing character and circle sheets for the tabletop roleplaying game Candela Obscura, developed by Critical Role's publishing company Darrington Press.
