The Wiki pages do not allow PRs, and permissions seem to be "publicly editable" or "contributors only". It also does not get cloned when you clone the main repo. The wiki is a separate repo that needs to be cloned separately. (https://github.com/amtwo/Data-Blogger-Resource-Kit.wiki.git)
That info should be equally open to BlogMentions.html, allow for PRs if someone wants, and be cloned when someone clones the repo.
Consider moving to Markdown within the main project. Deploying it to the wiki could still be done via automated process, if I want to publish it to the wiki tab.
