CinePass: Kafka in KRaft mode with transactional outbox, idempotent consumers, per-booking ordering and DLT replay. Logs in ELK, traces in Zipkin. Infnet Hub · Production: Spring Boot microservices running on Kubernetes with full observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo) and CI/CD. Infnet Hub · Events: Refactored to event-driven with RabbitMQ: outbox, quorum queues, DLQ, saga and request/reply, secured by a Keycloak BFF.
