Enable motion blur processing for 10-bit pixel formats. This fixes the "Invalid data found" error when applying motion blur to 10-bit sources such as GoPro Hero 11 footage. Fixes animafps#78

does not fix the issue due to library incompatibilities that do not support 10-bit. SVP-Flow is 8-bit only. |
