Hi, I鈥檓 Anupam Paul 馃憢

AI Transformation, Data & Automation Leader | Ex-Shopee | Kuala Lumpur

I work at the intersection of enterprise operations, data and applied AI鈥攖urning complex business problems into practical, scalable and governed solutions.

Over a 22-year career, I have progressed from software engineering and enterprise systems into workforce operations, data analytics and AI transformation. At Shopee Malaysia, I led analytics initiatives supporting approximately 1.4 million daily transactions and managed a multidisciplinary team of analysts and data scientists. My work has spanned forecasting, customer intelligence, fraud analytics, process automation and data-led operational improvement.

Today, I focus on Generative AI, agentic workflows, analytics engineering and intelligent automation鈥攚ith particular interest in how AI systems can operate reliably across customer operations, fintech and other regulated environments.

This GitHub documents that journey through applied prototypes, technical experiments and evolving production-oriented solutions. My objective is straightforward: build AI that does more than demonstrate potential鈥攊t should solve a real problem, operate responsibly and deliver measurable value.
