Aligns the mod_rewrite module documentation’s “See also” link target with the already-correct link used in the page summary, fixing a broken relative path from within docs/manual/mod/.
Changes:
- Updates the
<seealso>link inmod_rewritedocs to point to../rewrite/instead ofrewrite/index.html.
