This pull request adds a new
verbose_stability_criterionparameter to several rule extraction classifiers and regressors in both the classification and regression modules. This parameter allows users to enable or disable verbose output related to the stability criterion during model fitting. The value is stored as an instance attribute and, if enabled, triggers the computation of the stability criterion in the fitting process.
