custom response stages

It would be nice if you could use different stages in a response_playbook. We have gone and updated the code and MD templates with the stages that we use which is getting us through an experiment with ATC, but updating via config would have been nicer.

Thank you for the feedback and apologies for late response.

Do you mean to have dynamically created stages according to needs? Well, it's definitely technically possible and I will try to implement it at some point. However, as of today, the focus is more on the API.

BTW, may I know what stages are missing from your perspective?
